Our Story
Our catering business was founded by two lifelong friends, Eli and Jonathan, who started making sushi together as college roommates at the University of Central Florida. Eli brings an impressive culinary background, having worked in several high-end sushi restaurants—including Kadence, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Orlando—while Jonathan, with a finance background, is not only the meticulous mind behind our operations but also an excellent sushi chef and a true perfectionist. From humble college beginnings, we’ve grown into a full-time private event and wedding catering company, taking pride in our journey and our commitment to learning and growing every day.
